I have friends who LOVE fireworks. For me, they all look the same. I’ve been to some big shows that have music and such. They all seem – meh. But this particular year was different. Our local fireworks dealer was putting on their annual end-of-year clear-out show. It was a free show put on for the community in the local AYSO fields and they basically shoot off all of their leftover inventory.
This particular year was going to be their final show for a while and they did not disappoint. I’ve been in some up-and-personal shoots before. Like an air show here with bombing runs (seen here). This year the weather was slightly humid which normally isn’t great for the fireworks because it keeps the smoke hanging in the air but it made for some great photos and an even better show.
